In case when the order was lost or damaged by the post office
After receiving your message about missing parcel, seller immediately contacts USPS about the parcel whereabout. Once we get the confirmation about the parcel lost we refund 100% cost of order including delivery cost.
If you received a damaged parcel, please make a photo and send it to the seller or to TS customer service within 2 days on delivery. We will proceed 100% refund within 14 business days within receiving a photo that proves the post office mistake.
In case if you are not satisfied with your order
We accept returns for refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery date.
We proceed the refund within 14 days of the receipt of returned items.
Please, note, that all returned items will be charged the original shipping fee. All items returned must be in in new/unused condition. If the item has been used or worn, the buyer would be responsible for any loss in value.
Please, note that we do not accept the returns for custom or personalized orders.
In case of exchange
To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
Refunds for the fine jewelry
To start the refund process, please contact us for getting fully insured, free shipping label via email within one business day of your return request. This should be your first mandatory step.
All items returned must be in new/unused condition, all original documents and packaging.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us as soon as possible. Please keep all packing materials before getting instructions from our team.
Please note, that we cannot accept the return of the items that have been worn. Also, we do not accept the returns for custom or personalized jewelry and if you do not return them using our specified delivery option.
