My hand thrown stoneware pottery is made from natural and environmentally friendly red clay, which allows to preserve all vitamins and useful qualities of the cooking products.
This Pottery Casserole Dish with Lid was made according to ancient Ukrainian technology with the use of cow's milk. After the first Roasting, the casserole baking dish is dipped into milk. After this it goes through one more roasting, when milk fills all pores and caramelizes the cooking pot, giving it beautiful glaze effect.
All my pottery cookware is suitable for use in the dishwasher, microwave, and freezer.
